Great location, plenty of parking, lovely clean fresh rooms. All neatly furnished and spacious. Bathroom has a very nice large shower too We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant at this hotel last night too. Service was very good, our waitress had a real sense of humour and the meal was excellent. We would definately stay and dine here again.

I stayed at this hotel last week and was upgraded to a grand room which had a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake! It made me feel like a king! The customer service was excellent and so was the sauna! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Shepparton :)

We had our son’s 18th birthday in the newly renovated glass house, Cashe, Dakota & the team are absolutely fantastic from accommodating family needs like disabled lifts and ramps nothing was an issue. The food & beverage service was outstanding, meals beautiful and accommodating dietary restrictions, beverage service was excellent and with a smile, Cashe, the team truly made the night special for our family and we are still receiving compliments regarding your venue and staff. Thanks Cashe & Parklake team, you guys are a level above the rest keep up the awesome work.

Since day one, I had a mistake in my hotel reservation. I called the reception on the second day, and they quickly fixed the problem. From the moment I arrived, Brittany and Loran welcomed us warmly. From day one, they have done their best to help us with professionalism and care. Even when I needed an extension, they went out of their way to find us a room for the next day. My kids truly enjoyed the stay, and I’m already planning to visit again and again. I would say this is the best customer service I have ever received , thank you!

Wow, what a beautiful accommodation. We booked this hotel as our last minute stay and we were very impressed by the quality and high standards they had. Beautifully renovation! We got to their spa and sauna. Warm and friendly staff at reception and we also ordered some delicious food at dinner. Highly recommend.

Just a great hotel. From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile, nothing was too hard. Great room , comfy bed, I had the best nights sleep. Went for a walk around the lake which is right across the road. Decided to eat in and I’m glad I did. Service is first class, my waitress was polite, engaging and attentive. I had the chicken and bacon gnocchi, OMG was soooo good. Breakfast was not priced over the top like most hotels. $25 for scrambled eggs and a coffee. Highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.

Loved this place!! Stayed here for a recent work trip for 2 days and everyone person I interacted with there was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious and clean. Great amenities and the hotel restaurant was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

One of my favourite places in town to both eat & stay. We had a family event, the food was amazing. I ordered the Pumpkin & Pine Nut Gnocchi...my favourite. The staff were friendly & our room was amazing!! We even treated ourselves to the pool and spa. Buffet breakfast the next morning didn't disappoint either.

This is the best accommodation in town. Rooms are all huge with new and modern facilities, beds are so comfortable and luxurious. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you will not find anything better. Stay here and have a great rest!
